Working draft — decision required before public sale

Night Answer service terms

These terms describe the launch-v1 commercial intent. Cancellation/refund treatment after the annual charge and the exact sustained-use overage must be completed before the page is used for a public sale.

Service

Night Answer provides automated after-hours and no-answer call handling for one HVAC business and one published business number. The service collects caller information and sends a summary by text. It does not diagnose equipment, quote repairs, guarantee an appointment, or dispatch a technician.

Trial and price

The customer pays $0 at checkout and receives seven operating nights after activation. If a Night Answer setup delay reduces that period, Night Answer extends the Stripe trial so the customer receives seven live nights. If the customer does not cancel before the displayed trial end, the saved payment method is charged $199 for one year of service. There is no monthly billing option in launch v1; $16.58 per month is an annual-price equivalent, not a monthly plan.

Reasonable use

The plan is intended for ordinary after-hours/no-answer use, approximately 25 legitimate voice minutes per month. Spam and robocalls do not count. The customer may not resell or white-label the service. Night Answer will notify the customer before applying a sustained-use overage. Final overage: [INSERT $0.49–$0.59 PER MINUTE DECISION].

Customer responsibilities

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the Stripe customer portal or Night Answer support before the trial ends and pay nothing. Replying STOP ends promotional and support text messages; it does not cancel the service or annual subscription. After the annual charge: [INSERT APPROVED REFUND / NON-REFUND TERM]. Cancellation stops future renewal. Night Answer will assist in restoring the customer's chosen fallback routing.

Service limits

Call and text delivery depends on phone carriers and third-party service providers and cannot be guaranteed without interruption. Night Answer may pause an affected number to prevent unsafe routing, wrong-company handling, fraud, or abuse and will work to restore or revert the path.
